accept cancellation request. The change of original order is also not
permitted.
In
case of receipt of damaged goods, please report the same to our Customer
Service team by email within 24 hours from the date of receipt. The request
will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the
same at his own end.
In
case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per
your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service team
by email within 24 hours of receiving the product.
We
sell our products every day throughout the world and have thousands of
satisfied customers worldwide. In case if you feel the product quality is not
giving you satisfaction, you must bring it to the notice of our customer
service team by email within 3 days from the date of receipt the product. The
Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an
appropriate decision.
To
request a refund, simply send email to our Customer Service Team with your
purchase details, payment details and other details as required. We take
customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products
and quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 15 working days
period from the date on which all the required details received by the Customer
Service Team.
